It is our hope that you will become familiar with the OCCC and all our activities. Our monthly board meetings are the first Wednesday of each month from 12:00 – 1:00 p.m. In addition to our meetings, we have Owen After Hours events throughout the year, as well as fundraising events. Our annual Member Awards Banquet is held in October. Look for our Chamber eUpdate Email to be sent out each month with local community events. These events will give you an opportunity to build relationships with other fellow Chamber members.

The staff & volunteers promote trade, tourism, industry & quality of life within the community. The Chamber of Commerce has served the Spencer area for more than 50 years.
The Chamber of Commerce has served the Spencer area for more than 50 years, merging with Economic Development in 2003. Governed by a common Board of Directors elected by the membership, there are various committees overseeing numerous functions & activities.
The Chamber of Commerce and Economic Development Corporation is a nonprofit 501(c)3 organization. We operate on membership dues and donations.
