10:30 am A Charlie Brown Christmas movie at the Tivoli
A Charlie Brown Christmas is an animated television special based on the comic strip Peanuts, by Charles M. Schulz. Produced by Lee Mendelson and directed by Bill Melendez, the program made its debut on CBS on December 9, 1965. In the special, lead character Charlie Brown finds himself depressed despite the onset of the cheerful holiday season. Lucy suggests he direct a school Christmas play, but he is both ignored and mocked by his peers. The story touches on the over-commercialization and secularism of Christmas, and serves to remind viewers of the true meaning of Christmas

Does Santa eat milk and cookies for breakfast? Visit with Santa and enjoy all-you-can eat pancakes and some craft activities at the Tivoli’s Viquesney meeting room . The Brunch is just $5/person.
11:00 am to 2:00 pm Reindeer at Babbs SuperValu
Stop by Babbs SuperValu to visit with live reindeer while Santa is in town.
10:00 pm to 6:00 pm Silent Auction for Wonderland of Wreaths & Holiday Stockings
Looking for some unique holiday wreath or stocking decorations. Stop by the Wonderland of Wreath’s (tentatively planned to be set up outside or in the Republican Headquarters) for wreaths and stocks that have been donated for our silent auction. Place a bid on a specially themed or handcrafted item and then check your bid throughout the day to assure your winning bid amount. Funds collect through the silent auction will be split between the festival and Tivoli.
1:00 pm to 3:00 pm Christmas Carnival at the In God’s Arms (IGA) building
Stop by the In God’s Arms (IGA) building for a Christmas themed carnival hosted by the 4H Fishing Team. The FREE carnival has a variety of activities for youth to enjoy.
1:00 pm to 6:00 pm Vendor Shopping Open, Business Open Houses, Caroling & Entertainment
Local vendors will be selling items from handmade crafts to homemade jams and foods. Vendors will be located at 17 E Franklin St and the Courthouse lawn (if weather permits). Festival attendees are also welcome to visit the business open houses around the Courthouse Square to learn more about our downtown. Enjoy caroling and live entertainment as you linger the Courthouse Square.
2:00 pm to 5:30 pm Courthouse activities and Pictures with Santa
The always favorite pictures with Santa will take place on the third floor. Cookie decorating, crafts, book readings and more will take place on the first and second floor of the Courthouse.
6:00 pm Parade
Everyone loves a parade, especially one with Christmas lights and holiday cheer. Parade route will include South Main Street from Cooper St to the Courthouse.
Santa will read a story, lead the community in caroling, and help light the courthouse dome lights before saying farewell and returning to the North Pole
